Fastest way to turn a Notion doc into a video presentation?

Last updated:

Fastest path is outline extraction, slide conversion, then AI narration in one pass.

Start in Notion by reformatting the doc around H2 headings, with each H2 representing a single slide. Aim for 6 to 12 sections total. Move long paragraphs into speaker notes or trim them to two or three bullet points per heading. Notion docs are usually written for reading, so the rewrite step is where you save the most time later.

Export the cleaned doc as a PDF using Notion's built-in export. The PDF will preserve heading structure and any images you have inlined. Upload that PDF to FQO.US, which treats each page as a slide frame ready for narration.

Then generate narration with AI voiceover. The script can be auto-suggested from the slide text or written manually if you want to control phrasing. For a 10-slide deck, a first-pass narration draft usually takes under 5 minutes. Review each slide, regenerate any that sound off, and you have a publishable video.

If the Notion doc updates next week, you do not redo everything. Re-export, replace the PDF, and the unchanged slides keep their original audio. Only edited slides need fresh narration. That iteration speed is the main reason this workflow beats traditional screen-record-and-edit pipelines.
